Perhaps a tour of Dyrön with our local guide, a boat trip to our nearby islands or a sauna with a fantastic view? We also offer a training session together with a trained instructor.

Sauna & Relax
Dyrön’s sauna is located with a fantastic view of the Marstrands and Hakefjorden. Also with a stone’s throw from a dip in the blue. There is also a relaxation section for a quiet and peaceful moment.
The activity takes 2 hours.

Tour with local guide
Local guide takes you on a tour of the island. Take part in the island’s history, the archipelago houses and the people who have lived here.
The activity takes 1 hour.

2500 SEK / ex VAT.
Workout
Start, pause or end your conference with an active training session! A strength session with rubber bands together with an instructor where we train the whole body. Standing, sitting and lying exercises. The workout ends with a stretch.
